About this PDF to WebP
Render each PDF page into an image file at the selected DPI and output format with our pdf to webp tool. Pages render at the DPI you choose, from 72 DPI up to 600 DPI and can be downloaded individually or as a ZIP if your PDF has multiple pages. This page defaults to WebP output; the format selector also lets you choose another image format.
The conversion happens entirely in your browser using PDF.js. Pages are rasterized at the DPI you choose. Higher DPI improves sharpness, but the output is still image-based — not vector and not selectable text. PNG is lossless image encoding; JPEG and WebP are lossy. PDF to SVG outputs an SVG wrapper containing a raster image, not true vector paths.
Your privacy is the default. Your selected files are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to our server; all processing happens client-side using browser-side PDF.js rendering, browser canvas, JSZip for ZIP output, and UTIF.js for TIFF where needed. Closing the tab clears the working session from this page; downloaded files remain on your device.
